Minister of Natural resources of the Russian Federation J.P.Trutnev has
supported creation of the Center on scientifically-technological, power and
information cooperation with the countries of Asia and Africa, and has
expressed confidence, that TSSAA becomes one of effective mechanisms of
formation of stable and long-term attitudes of Russia with these states. The
structure of Co-ordinating committee of the Center included I.I.Majdanov,

ROSCON Information and Consulting Center
ROSKON Information and Consulting Center was founded in March 2001. The RICC has successfully been working to help the Russian economy develop its innovative and scientific - technological potential, attract investment in domestic fuel and energy and mining- metallurgical complex, consolidate trade and economic and scientific-technological contacts between Russian and foreign business circles, expand information and consultancy services market, promote Russian advanced technology and equipment on domestic and international
markets. ROSCON has been working in close cooperation with Federation Council committees and Commissions, Russian State Duma of the Federal Assembly, Ministry of Industry and Energy, Natural Recourses Ministry and Interior Ministry, participating in the work of the Supreme Ecology Council of Russia, organizing the work for the Subcommittee for innovation activity at Russia's Chamber of Commerce and Industry and for the Expert Council of the Energy Strategy and development Committee at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
