September 16, 2005 the meeting was held in the Federal Energy Agency, guided by V.Kuznetsov, Deputy Head of the Federal Energy Agency of the Russian Federation, aiming the Roundtable on Energy Efficiency within the framework of preparation of the Russia’s presidency of the Group of Eight, which will take place at the Fifth Russian Oil and Gas Week.

The event’s program was deliberately reviewed and the keynote speakers from Russia and other countries were appointed.
