Information about sixth session of permanent Russian & Iran commission for trade and economical cooperation.

Sixth session of permanent Russian & Iran commission for trade and economical cooperation (hereafter referred to as Commission) took part from 9 to 12 of December, 2006, Teheran.
Russian part of Commission headed S.V. Kirienko, Head of Federal Atomic Energy Agency and Iran part of Commission, M. Mottaki, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Islamic Republic of Iran.
In Russian delegation structure in work of the Commission took part the Coordinator of the Center on scientifically-technological, industrial, energy and information cooperation with the countries of Asia and Africa (CCAA), E.Uspenskaya, Vice-chairman of InterForum.
The parties during negotiations have positively estimated development of trade and economic relations of Russia and Iran and have supported activization of efforts on increase in commodity circulation between two countries.
On results of work arrangements on cooperation of the Russian and Iranian companies and the organizations within the limits of CCAA in the field of an oil-and-gas complex, the industry and technologies, and also a science and technics are reached.
According to the final Report of the Sixth session of Commission (art. 5 Cooperation in the field of the industry and technologies) the Association of non-production services of Iran has expressed readiness to cooperate with the Russian organizations, including with the Russian society of solidarity and cooperation of people of Asia and Africa (RSAAPSC) with the purpose of interaction for attraction of investments into the Russian projects corresponding the international standards, or in projects of the third countries.
The parties also decided to involve in expansion of scientific and technical cooperation and preparation of the scientific staff (art.8. Scientific and technical cooperation) the Center on scientific and technical, industrial, energy and information cooperation with the countries of Asia and Africa. CCAA and Administration of technical cooperation at President of IRI (ÒÑÎ) will coordinate the mechanism of the interaction in the first quarter 2007.
CCAA invites to cooperation of the company and the organizations interested in work in the market of Iran and other countries of Asia and Africa.
